CG26 - $45,554.60 - $50,414.00 per annum
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Online Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs, supporting the day-to-day operations of faculty, instructional coordinators, management, and support staff.
- Serve as a first point of contact for students enrolled in online ECE programs, responding to routine inquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
- Assist students with applications, registration-related inquiries, documentation requirements, program information, and general administrative processes.
- Prepare, process, and distribute a variety of student-related correspondence, letters, and other documentation.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic student records and files, ensuring information is accurately entered, updated, and managed in accordance with College policies, procedures, and privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Support graduation activities for online ECE students by assisting with the review and preparation of student information, other administrative materials required for graduation processing and related College events.
- Assist with purchase order requisitions, invoices, and other financial or purchasing documentation associated with the operation of the online ECE programs.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing requests or initiating purchasing processes as required to support efficient program operations.
- Use PeopleSoft and MS Office to enter, retrieve, verify, update, and maintain information and spreadheads.
- Provide administrative coverage and support for other areas of the Prince Philip Drive campus, as required, to ensure continuity of service and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Perform other related administrative and clerical duties as required to support the effective and effective operation of the online ECE programs and the St. John's Campus.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office Administration ( equivalencies will be considered ).
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar administrative role, providing front-line support to clients or the public.
