Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical program areas in compliance with standards • Develop and monitor risk management strategies • Ensure adherence to licensing and accreditation requirements • Collaborate with teams to enhance resident care • Implement quality initiatives to achieve goals
Requirements: • Minimum three years in long-term care as registered staff • Must have current RN registration • Bachelor of Nursing preferred or nursing diploma • CPR certification required • Demonstrated communication and leadership skills
