You will report directly to the General Counsel, focusing on reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing compliance for vendors, and coordinating insurance documents. Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate contracts and escalate complex issues • Manage vendor onboarding and compliance requirements • Track contract statuses and ensure timely renewals • Confirm insurance coverage meets client contract needs • Draft and maintain key internal legal policies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of legal experience • Expertise in reviewing commercial contracts and NDAs • Proficient with compliance frameworks and vendor management • Strong attention to detail in documentation • Ability to adapt to varying challenges in legal operations
