LiftBridge Collective is hiring a full-time Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is an in-person, customer-facing prospect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, developing professional relationships, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

As a Client Relations Associate, you will communicate directly with customers in person. You will have face-to-face conversations, answer questions, explain available products and services, and help guide customers through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do As a Client Relations Associate:

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and priorities
- Explain available products and services clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account process
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Maintain a professional approach during every customer interaction
- Work with the team to meet individual and team performance goals





What We’re Looking For In a Client Relations Associate:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Professional and confident personality
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and communicate solutions
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience is welcome but not required
