Role Description This full-time Client Relationship Manager role is a hybrid position based in Vancouver, BC, with a combination of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Client Relationship

Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining ongoing communication. Day-to-day tasks include supporting advisors in preparing client reports, organizing documentation, managing client onboarding, and updating client records in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating service requests, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring a high standard of client care and confidentiality.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and contribute to improvements in client service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including experience handling multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with technology and office tools, such as CRM systems, financial software, and standard productivity applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document management).
- Attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both independently and in collaboration with advisors and team members.
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a professional services workplace is an asset.
