We are a full-service security services company operating as a Not-for-profit with a diverse customer base of commercial, residential and government accounts. We’re looking for a Client Services Manager based in Nanaimo to lead our Central Island region (Malahat to Qualicum).

What you’ll do - Lead and support a strong operations team across the region - Build and maintain trusted client relationships - Identify growth opportunities and support proposals, renewals, and new business - Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic and market growth initiatives - Stay ahead of industry trends and strengthen our community presence - Ensure high-quality service delivery across all client sites - Champion a positive, collaborative culture while representing CVIY’s values with clients, partners,
