POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time Clinic Coordinator to support the daily operations and client experience within the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally. is well organized, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a high-standard team.

You will play a key role in maintaining smooth clinic flow, supporting practitioners, coordinating appointments, assisting with client communication, and ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing front desk operations and client check-ins
- Booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments
- Responding to calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries professionally




- Maintaining treatment room readiness and clinic organization
- Assisting with inventory tracking and supply management
- Supporting retail skincare sales and client education
- Assisting with content creation/social media stories when appropriate
- Maintaining accurate client communication and operational tracking systems
- Supporting overall clinic flow and client experience

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
- Organized and proactive under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking in a quick-paced environment
- Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury hospitality, or client care preferred
- Comfortable using technology, scheduling software, and Google Sheets
- Emotionally mature and team-oriented
- Reliable and solution-focused

POSITION DETAILS
- Part-time position
- Some evenings/Saturdays may be required
