Working within the McMaster Children’s Hospital Autism Program, the Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and supervising the Applied Behavioural Analysis services.

The Clinical

Coordinator will also provide ABA services for parents/caregivers and children and youth with autism.

- Master’s Degree in Psychology or Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) preferred (Master’s Degree in a related field will be considered)
- Registered as a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
- Extensive experience and training in ABA with children and youth
- Minimum (3) three to (5) five years recent experience with individuals with autism
- Minimum (3) three to (5) five years of relevant supervisory experience




- Demonstrated skills in leadership and training
- Experience in developing evaluation systems
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to be adaptable in work schedule in order to meet client and staff needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and access to an adequately insured vehicle
- Must be able to obtain a valid Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS)
- Fluency in French will be considered an asset
