Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field
- Updated Liability Insurance
- Registration with BCACC, CCPA, or BC College of Social Workers
- Certification in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapies , or genuine openness to pursuing EMDR training
- OCD experience /niche an asset
- Experience with South Asian populations an asset
- Strong communication skills, personability, and clear professional boundaries
- Commitment to personal wellness and a balanced life outside work
- Evening and weekend availability is required,



including in-person hours

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy such as EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic approaches
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and maintain client records
- Collaborate with the team to ensure holistic client care
- Uphold the practice's values of curiosity, authenticity, balance, and transparency
- Engage in supervision and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Job Details

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
- Pay: $90.00–$110.00 per hour
