Term: Ongoing, until terminated by either party in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement

Role Overview The Clinical Trainer plays a key role in developing partner knowledge, clinical competence, and confidence through the delivery of theoretical and hands-on clinical education. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive product training, reinforcing clinical best practices, and supporting the protected and effective implementation of SharpLight technologies. Working collaboratively with the Clinical and Sales teams, the Clinical Trainer helps ensure partners achieve optimal treatment outcomes and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

- Deliver clinical trainings to partners and their teams.
- Conduct clinical check-ins and clinical refreshers with existing partners.
- Deliver advanced clinical trainings, including stacked modalities and medical-market applications.
- Coordinate and monitor completion of all required theoretical training, knowledge assessments, and questionnaires, ensuring participants achieve a minimum passing grade of 75% prior to progressing to hands-on practical clinical training.
- Test hand pieces as needed.
- Assist the Clinical with clinical investigations.
- Assist with Academic Affiliate events.




- Represent the Company at trade shows, clinical education programs, partner events, and marketing initiatives as assigned.

Clinical Sales Support
- Support Regional Sales Representatives with platform and device demonstrations.
- Support Regional Sales Representatives with partner sales inquiries and questions.
- Participate in approved partner Open Houses.
- Assist with handpiece (HP) upgrade demonstrations.
- Source and document partner before-and-after photos.
- Assist with educational webinars, workshops, presentations, and marketing initiatives.

Working Relationships
- Reports directly to the VP of Clinical and to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Works closely with Regional Sales Representatives to support partner accounts.
- Collaborates with the Clinical team on training standards, investigations, and reporting.

Qualifications

- Certified Medical Esthetician with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical aesthetics.
- Experience with energy-based devices is considered an asset.

Travel Requirements
- Travel throughout Manitoba & Saskatchewan is required to support partner training and clinical education.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Travel requirements will vary based on business needs, partner locations, and scheduled training activities.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
