As a key member of the IREN team, you will bring 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT program management. Your expertise in FedRAMP, NIST 800-53 controls, and cloud security architecture will guide our governance frameworks and risk management processes. You will play a significant role in aligning business objectives with regulatory requirements while fostering critical relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment programs and mitigation strategies • Develop governance frameworks that align with compliance requirements • Execute the FedRAMP authorization program from start to finish • Manage relationships with 3PAOs and external consultants • Prepare and submit FedRAMP deliverables and security documents

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field • 5-7 years of cybersecurity or IT management experience • Proven success with FedRAMP authorizations • Solid analytical and relationship-building skills • Relevant certifications like CISM or CISSP are preferred
