Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience in REST API development and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployment management.
- Experience with JUnit and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong experience with Oracle and Sybase databases.
- Experience working with Google Spanner (or equivalent distributed databases).
- Expertise in writing, tuning, and optimizing stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring, diagnostics, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application design and scalable production systems.
- Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management,



and technical documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.

- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of GCP cloud services beyond GKE.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Exposure to Kafka or Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with OpenShift or other container platforms.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Experience leading distributed teams and technical delivery.
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools, frameworks, and automation initiatives.
- Cloud certifications (GCP, Kubernetes, PCF, or related technologies).
