Greenlane Offroad, a sister company to Western Edison Mfg, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to operate our CNC Router table and CNC Waterjet cutting table. In this role, you will operate and program CNC machines as well as perform press brake bending operations and material processing, to produce precision components to be later assembled and welded by our team. Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery such as ShopSabre CNC Router table and Flow CNC Water Jet cutting table.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, and CAD models created in SolidWorks or other CAD software to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use hand tools, power tools, press brake, vertical band-saw, belt sander, etc. to process components after cutting from plate.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshoot issues promptly, and communicate machine performance to management.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery, power tools, hand tools, and forklifts within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in assembly processes as needed and support lean manufacturing initiatives for continuous process improvement.

Qualifications





- Proven experience operating CNC machinery, press brake, power tools, hand tools.
- Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks or Fusion360 preferred.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and setting machine parameters.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work safely and independently, adhering to all safety and quality standards while handling equipment and materials efficiently.

Starting wage will be commensurate with the successful candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications, with opportunities for candidates with the right experience to start toward the upper end of the posted starting range.
