Heffner Cabinetry & Woodworking Inc. is looking for driven and innovative individuals to join our team as a member of our production crew, operating machines in a busy and high-end Cabinetry Shop.

The ideal candidate will

- Possess a hardworking and positive attitude at all times
- Possess an eagerness to learn new skills
- Have a keen attention to detail
- Have the ability regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to keep work areas clean and organized
- Be able to take direction to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Have prior experience working with basic hand tools
- Possess basic computer skills

A typical day may include:
- Operating modern woodworking machinery
- Machining cabinet parts in preparation for assembly
- Organizing and sorting cabinet parts according to drawings
- Working within multiple areas of the shop, where needed
- Occasional assistance with cabinet deliveries




- Ensuring production requirements are met safely and efficiently while maintaining collaboration with other team members

This is a full time position offering 44 hours per week, with the potential for some overtime when required. Total compensation will be based on experience, and will be discussed during the interview process.
