Ranmar CNC Machining is a Canadian manufacturer serving top-tier automotive and mold-making customers with the highest standards of quality. We're growing and need 2–3 skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join our shop floor team — immediate start available for the right candidates.

You'll work across our milling equipment — Haas VF Series mills, Matsuura, Fadal, and Takisawa machines, including 3, 4, and 5-axis work — supported by a dedicated in-house toolroom. This is hands-on production work for someone who takes pride in precision and wants steady, full-time hours with real overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components to spec
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Monitor machine operation and adjust for proper function and quality
- Perform in-process quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant work area




- Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations
- Collaborate with teammates and the toolroom to keep production moving

Experience

- Prior hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, Matsuura, or Takisawa experience a strong plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- WHMIS certification (or willingness to complete on hire)
