We are looking for an experienced CNC and Manual Machinist to join our shop floor team.

You will be operating CNC lathes, CNC mills and manual equipment to produce precision components from engineering drawings and work orders.

This is a hands-on, full-time role working with a variety of materials including steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Key Responsibilities

- set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC mills to produce machined components
- operate manual lathes and other manual machine tools as required
- read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work orders
- select appropriate tooling, speeds and feeds for each job
- inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- machine steel, aluminum,



stainless steel and other materials to specifications
- perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
- work closely with designers and welders/fabricators to meet production requirements
- minimum 2 years experience of CNC and Manual Machining in a manufacturing workplace

Successful hire will be required to complete Controlled Goods Program and Police Check Pay: From $28.00 per hour
