Join a school where educators are valued!
At Oakleigh Montessori, we believe childhood should be calm, joyful, and filled with opportunities for independence, curiosity, and connection. Since opening our doors, we've built a warm and welcoming school community where children, families, and educators genuinely enjoy being together.
With just two thoughtfully prepared Montessori classrooms—Toddler and Casa—we've created a close-knit school community where meaningful relationships flourish. We are looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team as a Co-Lead Montessori Teacher.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RECE who enjoys working directly with children while contributing to a positive, collaborative school culture. Depending on the successful candidate's qualifications and the operational needs of the school, this role may also include temporary leadership responsibilities supporting the day-to-day operation of the centre.
We believe that when educators feel respected, supported, and valued, children thrive. We're committed to creating that kind of workplace every day.
