Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling and preparation areas
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Assist with food preparation tasks including assembling snacks or light menu items as needed

Requirements

- Previous barista experience.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly around the workspace, and lift moderate loads when necessary
