Allo is an AI-native business phone system built for small businesses (dental groups, HVAC and plumbing companies, law firms). We handle over 100 million calls a month in the US and Europe.

We're building a squad of freelance cold callers whose only job is to get owners and office managers on a 20-minute demo. We're hiring the first cohort now, and we'll grow the program to 100 callers over the next year. Top performers move up rate tiers, get first pick of territories, and get first look at full-time roles.

What you'll do

- Make 200–400 outbound dials per day from a pre-loaded, pre-verified lead list. You never build your own list and you never hunt for numbers, that's our job.
- Open, qualify, handle objections, and book the demo directly onto an AE's calendar.
- Follow a tested script and a tested voicemail drop. We rewrite it every week based on what's working.
- Log every outcome in Sonar, our caller app (dialer, script, lead card, and your live stats in one screen).
- Show up to a 15-minute cohort standup and one weekly call review where we listen to your recordings together.

Who you'll be calling US small and mid-sized businesses in three verticals:



multi-site dental practices, home services (HVAC / plumbing / electrical), and small law firms. Decision-makers are owners and opperations managers. They're busy, they're polite, and they hang up fast. Good ones book anyway.

What we're looking for

- Near-native, accent-neutral spoken English. This is the whole job. A US office manager should not have to ask you to repeat yourself.
- 1+ year of outbound calling — cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or US-campaign call center work. Real dials, not just support tickets.
- You can take 50 rejections before lunch and dial number 51 with the same energy.
- Coachable. You'll get recorded feedback weekly and we expect you to apply it by the next shift.
- A quiet room, a wired headset, and secure internet (10 Mbps+). No cafés, no street noise, no shared call floor.
- Available during [9am–5pm ET], [20/40] hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Nice to have (not required)
- Experience selling to US small businesses, or into dental / home services / legal.
- Familiarity with a power dialer, Attio, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Spanish or French as a second language.
