Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our collection team. In this role, you will be working in a fast pace environment and responsible for managing accounts receivables for various clients, ensuring timely collections, while maintaining qualified phone etiquette. A keen sense of detailed oversight, creative thinking and determination is necessary in this position.

Duties

- Contact delinquent individuals by phone to facilitate the collection of outstanding balances assigned to our office




- Negotiate payment plans or settlement agreements that are mutually beneficial to clients while adhering to legislative, client and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using collection software and data entry tools
- Follow established phone etiquette that represents client needs and remains in compliance of legislative standard.
