Key Responsibilities: • Ensure upkeep through mowing, weeding, and snow removal • Operate equipment such as bobcats and front end loaders • Collect and dispose of site refuse effectively • Maintain exterior building cleanliness, including windows • Manage supplies, including oil and fertilizers

Requirements: • Background in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred • Skidsteer operation ticket required • Pesticide application certification an asset • Preferred: confined space and aerial work platform tickets • Self-motivated with ability to work various shifts
