In this position, you will be responsible for building and supporting the function of tools, dies, and fixtures within the Mechatronics, Mirrors, and Lighting group. Key Responsibilities:



• Fabricate and maintain quality progressive dies and fixtures • Troubleshoot issues in the Tool Room and Press as needed • Report on emerging problems affecting production timelines • Guide and mentor apprentices in tool and die processes • Follow safety standards and cleanliness protocols strictly

Requirements: • Proven tool and die experience is a must • Availability for afternoon shifts from 2pm to 10pm • Strong troubleshooting capabilities and attention to detail • Ability to foster a safe workspace according to policies • Eagerness to teach and enhance skill sets of trainees
