This full time role necessitates collaboration with colleagues and a focus on training to support claims personnel. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete claims litigation processes from onset to closure
• Work alongside Claims colleagues on assessments and strategies
• Participate in mediations, trials, and discovery processes




• Offer legal training and guidance across the team
• Suggest process enhancements to reduce risk exposure
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant litigation
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Member of Ontario’s legal regulatory body
• Proven skills in negotiation and communication
• Trial experience preferred; driver’s license needed
