Alberta Health Services is launching the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) for recent Registered Nurses. You will participate in a 12-month program split into Phase 1 Enhanced Orientation with a Clinical Guide and a personalized learning plan, followed by Phase 2 Independent Practice with mentor support.
Post-transition, you will be eligible to apply for available vacant positions of no less than 0.5 FTE in a comparable unit, program, site, or office.
