Job Overview The Commercial Leasing Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties across the region, leading leasing operations, and ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives that drive occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction. This role emphasizes relationship management with tenants and clients, oversight of the leasing team, and the development of innovative leasing strategies. The manager will also analyze market trends, negotiate complex lease agreements, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with the organization’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies for each property within the portfolio to drive revenue growth and long-term value.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with tenants, clients, property owners, and brokers.
- Conduct market scans and competitive analyses to identify new leasing opportunities and anticipate industry trends.
- Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and restructurings to maximize financial performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the leasing team, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Ensure accurate tracking of lease agreements, deadlines, and tenant obligations to minimize risk exposure.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance,



and property management teams to support lease promotion and retention initiatives.
- Prepare actionable leasing reports and present insights to senior management to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of commercial leasing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Robust understanding of commercial lease structures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated success in tenant relations, lease negotiation, and portfolio optimization.
- Experience using leasing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region.
