My Hunter Inc. is looking for a Commercial Lines CSR to join our growing team in Mississauga.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of commercial clients while working closely with producers, underwriters, and carrier partners. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and enjoys being part of a collaborative brokerage environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day servicing of an assigned book of commercial P&C; accounts, including property, liability, auto, and fleet.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email in a timely and skilled manner.
- Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, renewals, and other client requests accurately and efficiently.
- Review policy documents for accuracy before they are delivered to clients.
- Assist with new business and renewal submissions, including gathering information and working with insurance markets.
- Communicate directly with carrier underwriters regarding coverage, terms, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the broker management system.
- Work closely with producers and internal teams to ensure clients receive consistent and high-quality service.
- Identify opportunities to round accounts and enhance client coverage where appropriate.
- Assist with claims intake and follow-up when required.




- Maintain compliance with RIBO requirements and internal E&O; procedures.

Experience/Qualifications

- RIBO license required.
- 1–3 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience preferred.
- Experience as a Commercial Lines CSR, Account Manager, Broker, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
- Experience with SME, property, liability, commercial auto, or fleet is an asset.
- Experience with PowerBroker is an asset.
- CAIB, CIP, or another insurance designation — or actively working toward one — is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients, producers, and insurance company underwriters.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
