We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Painter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools with precision and attention to detail.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Perform restoration work on existing surfaces by caulking, patching holes, and refinishing to restore appearance and functionality.




- Use rigging techniques and hand tools to safely access hard-to-reach areas or elevated surfaces during painting operations.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

- Proven construction experience with a focus on commercial or industrial painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques including residential painting, industrial painting, and restoration processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, rigging equipment, and safety gear.
- Experience with caulking, surface preparation, and applying various coatings for durability.
- Familiarity with schematics related to industrial systems or building layouts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills paired with solid time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
