Join CEE as a Program Facilitator focused on nurturing the potential of Black youth. This full-time role involves delivering impactful programs and fostering participant engagement.
As a Program Facilitator, you will work under the guidance of the Industry Liaison to ensure the effective delivery of workshops and personalized support to participants. Your background in social services, particularly with Black communities, will be instrumental in navigating the barriers they face. You will provide structured check-ins and maintain collaborative relationships to enhance program retention and encourage positive outcomes for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant onboarding and initial needs assessments
• Deliver essential coaching and psychosocial support
• Facilitate resilience-promoting workshops and activities
• Document participant progress and referrals accurately
• Collaborate with community agencies for resource access
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• 2+ years' experience in program facilitation
• Solid understanding of trauma-informed approaches
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license needed for the role
