This position requires you to be experienced in medication administration and patient assessment, ensuring high-quality care to improve client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Complete routine medication administration and assessments • Provide education to patients and families on health topics • Monitor and document patient status diligently • Collaborate with the nursing team on care strategies • Manage additional tasks as directed by management
