We are expanding our European sales team and looking for experienced B2B Cold Callers and Sales Agents who can confidently communicate with prospects, identify business needs, follow up with decision-makers, and close deals.

## What We Provide

Unlike traditional commission-only sales roles, OP Media Agency will provide prospects to our sales agents.

You will receive qualified or targeted business prospects from our team, allowing you to focus primarily on outreach, sales conversations, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.

Depending on the market and campaign, OP Media Agency may provide:

Business prospect lists

Target company information

Decision-maker information where available

Service information and sales materials

Sales support from our team

Project and pricing information

Assistance during the closing process when required

You may also generate your own prospects if you have your own lead-generation methods or business network.

## Key Responsibilities

Contact prospects provided by OP Media Agency

Conduct outbound cold calls and sales conversations

Speak with business owners, executives,



and decision-makers

Understand the prospect's business challenges and requirements

Identify opportunities for software, web, app, or marketing services

Qualify prospects and determine their project requirements

Present relevant OP Media Agency services

Handle objections and answer initial questions

Follow up consistently with interested prospects

Schedule meetings with our team when required

Negotiate and close deals

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales opportunities

- Build long-term relationships with clients

## Commission Structure

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary.

Sales agents can earn 20%–30% commission on successfully closed deals, depending on the service, project value, and agreed commission structure.

### Example

$20,000 project → $4,000–$6,000 commission

There is no cap on your earning potential. The more deals you close, the more you earn.
