Illuminations Lighting Inc. is hiring a high-performing sales representative This is a full-cycle sales role. You are responsible for generating your own leads, qualifying prospects, quoting, and closing deals. Our team handles installation and fulfillment.

Compensation Structure

- 30% commission per closed job
- Average job value: $1800
- Typical earnings per sale: ~$540
- No cap on earnings

Role Scope
- Generate your own leads (door-to-door, referrals, networking, social, partnerships, etc.)
- Conduct consultations (phone, virtual, and on-site where applicable)
- Assess property layout and recommend system design
- Prepare and present quotes
- Close deals and secure deposits

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads independently
- Scope projects accurately (rooflines, soffits, power access, etc.)
- Maintain pipeline and follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Coordinate with operations for smooth handoff after sale

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and lead generation
- Strong closing ability with a full-cycle sales approach
- Comfortable with in-person prospecting and in office estimates
- Self-motivated, disciplined,



and results-driven
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in home services, exterior upgrades, or construction sales
- Comfortable working 100% commission-based
- Strong prospector with consistent lead generation habits
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
- Focused on maximizing both lead flow and close rate

This is a pure performance role. If you can generate and close your own deals, the earning potential is substantial. Pay: $4,500.00-$12,000.00 per month
