Role Description We are seeking part time commission sales reps who can meet with retailers and sell our guaranteed sale (no risk) book program.

- Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and contacting potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms;
- Presenting product options; and explaining pricing, timelines, and customization possibilities.

The Commission Sales Rep will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to order follow-up, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales activities, and meeting agreed-upon sales targets. This position is well-suited for individuals seeking flexible hours, performance-based income,



and the ability to work independently from a home office or remote location.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in commission-based or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and present solutions clearly.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort with using phone, email, spreadsheets to manage leads and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and collaborate virtually with internal publishing and support teams.
