Prodigy is seeking an experienced Communications and Design Specialist to provide high level support in the development and delivery of internal and external communications, marketing materials, and visual content across the organization. This role requires a strong communicator and writer with advanced graphic design skills, and the ability to independently manage communications and creative deliverables from concept through completion.

As the Communications and Design Specialist you will:
- Support the organization with presentations, corporate communications, and other business materials.
- Create clear and engaging content for company announcements, presentations, newsletters, project profiles, website updates, and other corporate materials.
- Work with internal teams to gather information and translate technical or project related information into clear, professional content.
- Ensure written communications are accurate, well structured, and consistent with Prodigy's brand and voice.
- Support the planning and creation of content for Prodigy's digital and social media channels.
- Develop written and visual content highlighting company projects, employees, milestones, and initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining the company's website and ensuring information remains current and professionally presented.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Design professional marketing and corporate materials, including presentations, proposals, brochures, project profiles, social media graphics, signage, and other branded materials.
- Maintain consistency across Prodigy's visual identity and brand standards.
- Create and edit graphics, layouts, photography, and other visual assets.
- Support the development of templates and branded materials for use across the organization.
- Maintain and update website and digital content as required.
- Clerical and administrative duties as required.
About You:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and the ability to produce clear, polished, professional content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Demonstrated graphic design experience with a strong understanding of layout, typography, formatting, and visual communication.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Canva and Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience creating content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, formatting, and brand consistency across written and visual materials.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Creative, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
