- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees’ working environment needs.
- Assist with initiatives to enhance employees’ working environment and experience.
- Perform reception duties and assist in scheduling customer visits.
- Manage vendors and support the working environment by ordering and stocking supplies.
- Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests.
- Create awareness of perks, activities, and available employee services.
- Support all shipping and receiving activities with various carriers across multiple countries.
- Collect, analyze, and present data as required.
- Assist office management with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- On-Site: Ottawa, ON Canada
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, or related positions.
- Energetic people person with strong execution skills and customer service orientation
- Experience in Shipping and Receiving is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated integrity, dependability, and responsibility.
