We're partnering with a leading insurance & investments organization to hire an Investment System Implementation Leader to support their Investment Finance function, specifically with an investment system conversion and implementation.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys acting as an internal consultant--partnering with investment teams to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and enhance reporting.Our client, is currently using SS&C's Portia investment system. They are looking to implement a new system and are just in the beginning stages of requirements gathering. This position will act as the bridge between Investment Finance and Systems, leading the implementation of a recent investment system (the full scope is still being determined - with our client considering IBOR, ABOR, or OMS options).What You’ll Be DoingLead process improvement initiatives across Investment FinanceLead the investment system implementation and conversionPartner with stakeholders to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risksDesign and implement scalable solutions, controls,
