Responsibilities include conducting site assessments, executing maintenance visits, and performing repairs while maintaining excellent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments and inspections for HVAC systems
• Maintain customer relationships through effective communication
• Provide quotes for repair work and upgrades
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment as per specifications




• Adhere to safety standards and manage equipment accountability
Requirements:
• Journeyperson status in HVAC and good standing with Local Union 516
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld technology
• Valid driver’s license with relevant HVAC certifications
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to be on call, including nights and weekends
