Zareh’s Jewellery is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our jewellery store. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers and interested in both digital/technical work and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Provide basic computer and technical support for daily store operations
- Use Microsoft Office 365 for documents, spreadsheets, email, and other administrative tasks
- Use Adobe Photoshop or similar photo-editing software to edit and prepare jewellery photos
- Take high-quality photos of jewellery for our website and social media
- Assist with basic website maintenance and content updates
- Help prepare and organize product photos and information for online use
- Assist with social media content and digital marketing when needed
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Assist the jewellery sales team with basic customer service and sales activities
- Help with general store organization and daily operations
- Learn and assist with other digital projects and workflow improvements

Qualifications

Required:

- Good computer skills and willingness to learn new software




- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or photo-editing software
- Basic understanding of websites and website maintenance
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

An asset:

- Knowledge of CAD jewellery design software, especially MatrixGold/Matrix
- Experience with product photography
- Experience managing websites or online stores
- Experience with social media content creation
- Previous jewellery, retail, or sales experience
