Role Description The Condominium Site Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative operations for the condominium, including managing resident inquiries, maintaining records and documentation, and supporting the property manager with correspondence and reporting. The role involves organizing meetings, preparing notices and minutes, handling bookings for common areas,
and monitoring service requests in collaboration with maintenance and vendor partners.
The Site
Administrator also assists with basic financial administration, such as invoice tracking, data entry, and documentation required for budgeting and reporting. Consistent on-site presence is required to support residents, ensure smooth building operations, and uphold company standards for communication and compliance.
Qualifications
- Robust administrative and organizational skills, including document management, data entry, and scheduling.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities to support residents, vendors, and management teams.
- Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, recordkeeping, and budget-related documentation.
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools, property management software, email, and common office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mississauga, ON and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of condominium operations, relevant regulations, or property management practices is an asset.
- Previous experience in condominium administration, property management, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
