You will report to the Supervisor, Project Payroll and work with General Forepersons and Project Accountants to ensure timely payroll accuracy. This role encompasses maintaining detailed filing systems and employee information while assisting with productivity tracking. Your ability to organize and multitask will be crucial to meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective payroll processing alongside project teams
• Maintain and organize payroll documents for audits
• Track employee qualifications and training compliance
• Analyze productivity data and project costs as needed
• Verify timesheets and prepare payroll-related reports
Requirements:
• Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years in administrative roles
• SAP experience preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency
