Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR advisory support to leaders and employees • Manage workplace investigations and employee complaints • Interpret collective agreements and apply legislation • Coach on performance management and attendance issues • Collaborate in recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements: • 5+ years of HR advisory or business partner experience • Background in unionized and non-unionized settings • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters • Experience engaging with First Nations communities is an asset
