In this critical role, you will mentor and lead the Paint Line team, guaranteeing that production workflows are smooth and effective. Key Responsibilities:



• Mentor team members on machine operations and safety • Coordinate daily production to maintain workflow efficiency • Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance • Maintain accurate production logs and reports

Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant production experience • Grade 12 or equivalent certification required • Solid knowledge of safety protocols in manufacturing • Proven track record in effective leadership and negotiation • Ability to repetitively lift materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
