As part of the Housing Services team, you will work to ensure the safety and well-being of residents while upholding a participant-centered care approach. Responsibilities include moving in new community members, conducting safety checks, and providing comprehensive support for immediate needs. You'll foster cooperative relationships with partners to enhance services and promote resident independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate move-ins and collaborate with community partners
• Perform floor checks for safety and maintain cleanliness
• Manage medication storage and distribution




• Implement programs to boost participant engagement
• Handle crisis situations and provide necessary resources
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in human services, especially with homelessness
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction
• Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail
• Strong crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
• CPR and Mental Health First Aid certifications
