As a pivotal leader, you will ensure organizational effectiveness by integrating modern best practices into staff programs and change initiatives. Your role will concentrate on employing AI solutions and fostering human-centric practices within a supportive culture. Collaborate with the Technology team to map change strategies that drive OMA's vision forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design organizational health strategies based on workforce data • Lead change management for digital and AI initiatives • Assess and fill skill gaps through learning solutions • Embed EDIA principles in all organizational practices • Provide strategic advice to top leadership regarding organizational risks
Requirements: • Relevant degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources • 10+ years in systems-level change management experience • Certifications in Change Management and Organizational Development preferred • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives • Solid grounding in equitable practices and inclusivity
