About Riteway Construction & Maintenance Inc.

Riteway Construction & Maintenance Inc. is a premium renovation and general contracting company working on high-end homes across Toronto and the GTA: full home renovations, kitchens and bathrooms renovations, commercial work, and home maintenance and repairs. This is a hands-on role with a company that will teach you the trade.

The role

You're the support that keeps our lead crews moving. You'll be on active renovation sites working alongside Riteway crews and tradespeople, and on the road keeping materials flowing so nobody is standing around waiting on a delivery.

Day to day:

- Supporting our lead crews on whatever the day's work calls for; hands-on construction and build work under the direction of the lead
- Taking measurements and helping lay out work accurately
- Site clean-up and debris removal, daily
- Moving, loading/ unloading, and staging materials where the crews need them
- Picking up and delivering materials from suppliers to any of our active sites
- Site prep: floor and surface protection, dust barriers, tool and material organization
- Demolition
- Working across multiple projects; you'll go where the crews need support that day

What we're looking for

- Valid Ontario G licence held for a minimum of 5 years, with a clean driver's abstract.



You must be insurable under our commercial auto policy; we'll confirm this before your start date.
- Working knowledge of construction materials
- Comfortable with hand and power tools and able to follow direction
- Able to read a tape measure accurately
- Physically capable; lifting up to 50 lbs, stairs, long days on your feet, all seasons
- Reliable and on time
- Willingness to learn the trade and grow into a skilled position
- Presentable and respectful on site
