Commercial Playground Installer / Construction Labourer

Bray’k Away Development – Ontario

Bray’k Away Development is a growing commercial playground installation company working on municipal and commercial projects across Ontario. We specialize in high-quality, professional outdoor structure installations including playgrounds, gazebos, and site components.

We are looking for a motivated, physically strong, and reliable individual to join our installation crew for the 2026 season.

Duties

- Assisting in commercial playground installations
- Digging and setting posts
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Operating hand tools and power tools
- Site clean-up and material organization
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Working long days during peak season

Skills

- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new tasks
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and practices
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment




- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn how to operate various tools and equipment safely
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Steel toe boots
- Construction experience preferred but not required

Travel Requirement

- Must be comfortable traveling for up to one week at a time
- Out-of-town work is common during peak season
- All travel expenses are covered (hotel, transportation, food)
