As a Site Manager, you will play a key role within the operations team, working closely with client sites and reporting directly to the District Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the Embedded Workforce Supply Group and site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

The Site

Manager develops and implements operational policies, strategies, and procedures to meet company goals, manages budgets and contractual P&L; objectives,



and leads incident investigations to drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies, strategies, and procedures to help operations achieve company goals and performance targets. Manage budgets, costs, and revenues to meet contractual P&L; objectives.

Lead and audit incident investigations, ensuring quality and continuous improvement in safety performance. Build strong relationships with operational clients through proactive, consistent communication and exceptional customer service. Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas, heavy industry, mining. ~5-10 years' of supervisory/site management experience. ~ Strong computer knowledge required: specifically using Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook and power point) ~ Self-motivated individual who works well with minimal supervision and who can achieve both self-imposed and prescribed deadlines. ~ This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
