Role Description The Construction Project Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamilton, ON. This role supports project managers and site teams by coordinating documentation, tracking project schedules, and maintaining organized records for contracts, permits, and change orders. Daily responsibilities include preparing and distributing project correspondence, assisting with bid and tender documents, updating project logs and reports,



and ensuring accurate data entry into project management systems.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document control, record-keeping, and file management.
- Proficiency with office software and project tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, project management or ERP systems).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with project managers, site staff, vendors, and clients.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, contract documentation, and financial tracking.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects, ideally in water or wastewater sectors, is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work in a rapid-paced on-site environment.
- Understanding of basic construction processes, terminology, and safety and compliance considerations.
- Relevant post-secondary education in construction administration, business, engineering technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
