Cambria Design Build is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from tender through close-out across our airport, commercial, retail, and design-build portfolio. You'll own the schedule, the budget, and the relationships that keep a job running smoothly.

What you'll do

- Review invitations to bid, project plans, and specifications
- Review drawings
- Estimate and take-offs
- Attend pre-tender site meetings and conference calls
- Complete tender submissions and manage the award process — issuing POs and LOIs to subcontractors
- Plan, prepare, and monitor the construction schedule
- Own the construction process from start to finish
- Run regular site visits, mentor site personnel, and champion a proactive Health & Safety culture
- Monitor project costs; review and submit budgets, billing, and financials
- Maintain documentation on changes and revisions
- Lead comprehensive project close-out, including warranty work

What you bring

- 3–5 years of experience in construction project management with a general contracting firm or comparable setting
- Experience in commercial and retail construction
- Strong understanding of construction technology, drawings, bidding, construction stages, and building codes




- Solid project management and financial controls knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and trades

Education

- PMP designation
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in construction, engineering, or a related field

The role reports to Director of Operations, with support from a Project Coordinator— you won't be doing this alone. Due to the sectors we serve and the flexibility of our human capital, background checks will be required as a bona fide occupational qualification.
