CiviCorp Excavation Inc. is a growing civil construction contractor specializing in excavation, earthworks, and site development across Nova Scotia. We are seeking an organized Construction Site Coordinator to keep our projects on track and coordinate the flow of information, schedules, and materials between the field and the office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day construction activities and keep projects organized and moving forward.
- Help plan and track schedules, materials, and deliveries across projects.
- Act as a point of communication between field crews, the office, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support tracking of progress, costs, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site checks for progress, quality, and safety.
- Support all safety policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

- Coordinating or project-support experience in civil construction is a strong asset.
- Construction-related diploma, trade certification,



or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to attend project sites as required.
