THE ROLE

You are the person running our job sites. Every active project reports to you, and you report to the owner. You'll be on the road daily, moving between multiple sites, keeping every trade and crew pointed in the right direction.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Visiting every active site on a daily rotation to inspect progress against schedule
- Directing our in-house crews: assigning daily tasks and making sure the work is done to Riteway standards
- Coordinating and overseeing all subtrades on site: scheduling them in the right sequence, holding them to quality and timelines, and keeping them accountable
- Being the single point of contact for our crews and trades
- Confirming materials are on site before they're needed and flagging shortages early
- Solving problems on the spot: unexpected site conditions, trade conflicts, delays, sequencing changes
- Reporting project status, risks, and needs directly to ownership
- Overseeing smaller maintenance and repair calls alongside the larger renovation projects
- Enforcing site safety, cleanliness, and client-property protection on every job

What we're looking for

- 5+ years in residential renovation or construction, with at least 2 years supervising crews and subtrades
- Solid working knowledge of the full renovation sequence (demo through finishes) and what quality looks like at each stage
- Someone who can read plans and drawings and catch a problem before it gets built
- Comfortable directing trades firmly and professionally, and holding a schedule
- Decisive under pressure. You make the call and keep the job moving




- Valid G licence and a reliable vehicle; you'll be driving between sites every day
- Valid Working at Heights ticket is an asset; we'll cover it if yours has expired
- Comfortable with job-site apps for photos and daily reporting (we use CompanyCam)

Experience

- supervising crews and subtrades: 2 years (required)
